Colorado Municipal and County Needs Assessment Survey Due October 13

The Producer Responsibility Program for Statewide Recycling Act, House Bill 22-1355, was passed in 2022. This legislation requires companies that sell products in packaging and paper products to fund a statewide recycling system to recycle those materials. The project team has just released a survey to assess existing recycling programs and infrastructure in Colorado in order to identify opportunities for growth and improvements to the system.
