Hosted by the Product Stewardship Institute on behalf of the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and in partnership with Circular Action Alliance (CAA), this webinar aims to inform producers about their upcoming obligations under Oregon’s law, which has a start date of July 1, 2025.

It includes:

  • An overview of extended producer responsibility (EPR) and its current status in the U.S.

  • A detailed explanation of Oregon’s new EPR regulation, including how to join a PRO, reporting requirements, fee structures, and enforcement.

  • Specific guidance for producers of consumer goods and B2B packaging on identification of products covered under the law and compliance.
